What we love | We love how timeless a white kitchen is. Pairing the white cabinets with stainless steel appliances, grey textiles, and sparkly island pendants creates a contemporary twist on a classic design. We also love how the large island has room for seating on two sides of it.
LIVING AREA
This living area is open to the kitchen and is surrounded with windows for natural light. The profile of the fireplace is simple, sleek, and modern, but is grounded with natural tones and a wood mantle. Build in cabinets on each side provide storage for remotes, books, and games.
What we love | We love the amount of windows this space has. Natural light never goes out of style and keeps the space feeling bright and fresh, not to mention allowed the clients to opt for darker finishes without making the entire room feel dark.
BATHROOMS
Grey tile, dark wood cabinets, chrome fixtures, and white trim all come together in this space for a sleek contemporary feel.
What we love | The glass shower! Glass is minimalistic, easy to maintain, and timeless, not to mention doesn’t block any of the natural light entering this room.
DETAILS
White trim and doors can be found throughout this entire home, with the exception of the front entry, where clients opted for a dark tone natural wood door.
What we love | How the dark front door creates contrast with the rest of the trim and doors, but also ties into the fireplace, stair railings, and bathroom cabinets.
